Problems with Form submission

We are receiving reports that this form does not always work. The payment page is supposed to open in a new window or tab (depending on your browsers's settings) and it seems that, for some people, this never happens. We think this might be a problem related to security settings in Internet Explorer. There are a number of things you can try...

• Look very carefully to see if a new Window or Tab has opened, which you did not notice earlier.
• Try to notice if a banner pops up telling you that Internet Explorer has blocked some content, asking if you want to enable it. Do so.
• Try using a different browser.
• Click on "pay by cheque" instead. The web page will send you an email containing information on how to pay, includinga link to click on to pay online. This ought to work; but please put your reference number (given to you when you submit this form) into the message box on the payment page.

Payment by cheque: Please click the Pay by Cheque or Invoice button above to complete your order. A copy of your order will be emailed to you, together with payment instructions. Please allow 14 days for your order to be processed and your user-ID (if applicable) emailed to you.

Please note: Cheques can only be accepted if they are in UK currency and drawn on a UK bank. For overseas customers this is usually possible if your bank has a branch in London, but you might be charged a fee for obtaining such cheque from your bank. We cannot accept any payment where a transaction fee has to be paid by the recipient.

Payment with Invoice: If you need an invoice, please click the Pay by Cheque or Invoice button above and then use your confirmation email as an invoice. The email will contain information on how to pay. Please note that we do not normally issue invoices on paper - emails only.
