• You can specify where you would prefer your donation to be used, e.g. in the Research Fund (CSTRF), The British Caving Library, or the Cave Radio & Electronics Group (CREG). If you are attending a field meeting, plesase select Field Meeting.

Data Protection

Your payment will be collected via a secure page, by our payment provider Nochex. They will provide us with your contact details, which we will only use if there is a problem with your payment. You will not be added to any mailing list as a result of your donation. If you wish to keep in touch with BCRA, please follow us on social media, or sign up to our Notices email list.

Cheque Payments

If you wish to make a Gift Aid donation by cheque, we need a signed and dated copy of the Gift Aid declaration below, containing your name and address. The easiest way to do that is probably to print a copy of this page and write the information on it. You can then also indicate any option you have for where your donation is used. Please make your cheque payable to British Cave Research Association and send it to BCRA donations, Old Methodist Chapel, Great Hucklow, BUXTON, SK17 8RG.

Gift Aid

If you are a UK tax-payer you can increase the value of your donation by completing a Gift Aid declaration, which allows us to treat your donation as if it were made before your payments of income tax. Please read the declaration below.

Gift Aid Declaration. Please treat as Gift Aid donations all qualifying gifts of money made to the British Cave Research Association in the past year and in the future. I confirm I have paid or will pay in the UK an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give during the qualifying period.
