Using an Online ID

Some of BCRA's online content is Open Access. During 2024 we shall be making more of our back-catalogue available via this method.

If you only want access to Cave & Karst Science, and for a short period, then you can request a free monthly ID. You will be given this option when you try to download any protected content – you do not have to apply for it.

If you are a non-member Subscriber to Cave & Karst Science you can request a free yearly ID, which will save you the hassle of obtaining a fresh code every month. You can also request IP-based access.

Other content may be protected. Such content will require you to apply for an General Online ID to access it. General Online IDs are only issued to members of BCRA. In July 2024, the automatic issuing of such online IDs was discontinued. Members requiring an online ID should apply for one to be sent to them.
