CREG Newsletter 5
published in Autumn 1991. (This is a bit-map scan). The first 4 issues of the CREG Newsletter were produced almost single-handedly by Phil Ingham, the Group's founder. After issue 4, time pressures prevented further publication of the CREG Newsletter, and the CREG entered a period of inactivity. In the Autumn of 1991, management of the CREG was handed over to a new team. CREG Newsletter 5 was really just a news sheet which was sent to existing subscribers. It explained that the CREG was being re-launched, and outlined future plans. There were no technical articles in CREG Newsletter 5.
