Rates for 2011

Our fees for 2011 are not yet available. Please also note that because of delays in publication, our periodicals are no longer linked to a calendar year. Of agencies, we would ask that, instead of invoicing your customers on an annual basis, you wait until we issue you with an invoice indicating that a payment has become due. The receipt of unsolicited payments linked to a "publication year" causes our volunteer staff a great deal of confusion and can lead to payments being lost or allocated to the wrong accounts.

Publishing schedule	C&KS is published nominally three times a year in April, August and December. However, due to extreme pressure of work, our volunteer staff have had difficulty in maintaining this schedule. The estimated date of publication of the next issue is given above. Agencies please note: The publication dates are no longer tied to a calendar year. If you wish to place an order in advance of publication, please make is clear which volume of C&KS you require. Please do not specify the year of publication as this just leads to confusion.	Online issues should appear at the same time as the print edition
Despatch schedule	The paper version C&KS is shipped to all BCRA members and subscribers who have elected to receive it. You do not need to be a member of BCRA to subscribe to the periodical. Individual back-issues are available. BCRA membership runs from January to December. Unless members notify us to request otherwise, members receive only the periodicals that are published during the period of their membership. Non-member Subscriptions to C&KS run for a complete volume and are back-dated to the start of the volume.	The online version of C&KS is accessible to all BCRA members and subscribers. You do not need to be a member of BCRA to subscribe to the online publication. Subscribers to the online publication will have access to all online content, as it becomes available, although at present BCRA does not have enough volunteer effort to assemble online versions of back-issues.

Publishing schedule	The BCRA newsletter is intended to be published three times a year, in April, August and December, i.e. shortly after the Council Meetings that are in March, June and November. However, due to extreme pressure of work, our volunteer staff have had difficulty in maintaining this schedule. Recent issues have taken the form of un-numbered 'news sheets' issued with British Caving Association newsletters, or as supplements to our AGM notice. See BCRA Newsletter for further information.

Despatch schedule	BBS/SA is not a BCRA publication. It is published by the Union Internationale de Spéléologie (UIS) in Switzerland. BCRA used to supply BBS/SA to its members free of charge but this is no longer the case. You can purchase issues up to number 44 from BCRA (see form P1) but please note that we will not be stocking issues after number 44, and we no longer accept subscription requests, which should be made to the publisher at ssslib.ch/bbs/
