The purpose of this page is to check that the pricing data has been correctly coded into the master data file. There is also a public page of postage and shipping data and a private page for discussion of postage rates, not linked from here.

If orders contain both "large" and "small" items then both handling charges apply. The handling charge is not specifically for "handling" or "packing"; it is an additional fee to help us to collect the correct postage charge, which tends to be specified by Royal Mail with an "offset" price structure.

The commercial limits on number of items and minimum order value are not applied to deliveries outside the UK because the high shipping charges predominate. However, it is always the case that orders of more than a few large books will benefit from a precise quotation.
